Barbecue at the dog training center – 犬の訓練場でのバーベキュー


夏になるとアローラのトレーニング場のJ.K.氏とF.T.氏が毎年の様にお誕生日を一緒に祝います!
運の良い事に天気はたいてい最高で午後から皆で集まり、夕方にはバーベキュー!!

Summertime means also barbecue time at the dog training center!
Specially when J.K. and F.T. celebrate their birthdays together…
Weather has been great so far, so we meat up in the afternoon and then barbecue for dinner!!

今回はまた”シュテルツェ”(豚の腿肉の丸焼き)!!
豚が嫌な人達には鶏の丸焼き。
訓練場のボスH.G.氏が自家製のグリルで完璧に焼き上げています!!

This year is again “Stelze” (Pork leg grilled as a whole piece)
Chicken for people, who do not want pork.
Our “boss” from the training center H.G.is the undefeated master of our self-made barbecue!!

途中で、ビールを塗ったり、薪を足したりしながら約四時間後に焼き上がりました!!! After coating the meat with beer and adding some logs to the fire, about 4 hours later the “Stelze” are done!!!

...火傷をしない様に気を付けて... …just be careful not to burn yourself…
