Barbecue at the dog training center – 犬の訓練場でのバーベキュー


Summertime means also barbecue time at the dog training center!
Specially when J.K. and F.T. celebrate their birthdays together…
Weather has been great so far, so we meat up in the afternoon and then barbecue for dinner!!


This year is again “Stelze” (Pork leg grilled as a whole piece)
Chicken for people, who do not want pork.
Our “boss” from the training center the undefeated master of our self-made barbecue!!

途中で、ビールを塗ったり、薪を足したりしながら約四時間後に焼き上がりました!!! After coating the meat with beer and adding some logs to the fire, about 4 hours later the “Stelze” are done!!!

...火傷をしない様に気を付けて... …just be careful not to burn yourself…
